Service module
The service module provides:
- periodic maintenance planning
- a collective calendar of visits
- notification of service necessity by an operator,
- generation of acceptance protocols,
- automatic periodic maintenance orders.
The service module is complemented by the service part in the Safestar Patrol application. During the service, the technician can check all signals from the facility and even lock the facility for the time of performing the necessary work without the need to communicate with the monitoring station.
