Alerts and reports

Alerts

Alerts relieve the monitoring station operators and enable automatic control of events in the protected facility. Set the most important parameters for you and the system will generate the information itself.

This way, the owner of the facility will receive information on the occurring events, e.g. disarming of the system, alarm, lack of communication and many others without the need to contact the monitoring station operator. Alerts can be sent by SMS, e-mail and push from the SafestarGO application.

Stationary alerts

They are related to monitored stationary objects; they may concern, e.g. failure to arm the facility after closing, unauthorised disarming of the alarm system. Stationary alerts also enable control of another system;

System alerts

They are related to the functioning of the system and users of Safestar. This type of alert informs about, for example an extended period of inactivity of the operator, unprocessed alerts or technical problems with receiving the alert;

GPS alerts

These relate to moving objects such as cars, machines or boats. The alerts provide immediate information on, e.g. exceeding the speed limit, the machine leaving the protected area or the temperature of the load being exceeded;

Personal alerts

These relate to changes in the activities of the monitored persons. They enable you to quickly find out, e.g. when a person leaves the monitored area, there is no communication or the position shown by the GPS.

Reports

Reports are an important part of the cooperation between the security guard and the facility owner. Customers expect detailed data that will enable them to confirm the quality of the work and its compliance with the contract.

Safestar enables you to report in a much simpler and faster way. The reporting process is fully automated, saving you time.

The Safestar Report Module also enables you to assign multiple objects to one report. Forget about generating the same report for each of them.

Configure your reports

Safestar reports automate the information delivery process and dramatically reduce report preparation time.

Depending on your needs – you can generate a report in the following formats: PDF, xls and txt. Each report can be downloaded to your disk and sent as an email attachment directly from the system.

One-off reports

Allow you to report on a regular basis. All you need to do is to select the necessary parameters, specify the period to which the report relates and indicate the persons to whom it should be delivered. Each time you send a report, it will include the parameters you specified.

Cyclical reports

Allow you to report on a regular basis. All you need to do is to select the necessary parameters, specify the period to which the report relates and indicate the persons to whom it should be delivered. Each time you send a report, it will include the parameters you specified.

Dynamic reports

They provide a quick overview of the situation in the protected facilities. The data is presented in a graphical form. The report provides an overview of the events occurring within the last week. The events are colour-coded, which makes it easy to see the different alerts.
